About the event

Thanks for taking an interest in our diverse and inclusive, intergenerational, interracial and interfaith, woman-led and minority-led, federally incorporated not-for-profit social enterprise organization and our mission to restore and adaptively reuse surplus and underutilized institutional properties into vibrant community spaces.

We are very excited about a number of upcoming opportunities for the public to visit, explore, and provide input regarding our project to restore and adaptively reuse the St. Brigid's Church property into The Embassy, a social enterprise shared venue space, featuring community cafe, indoor and outdoor event space, coworking space, artist studios, and gallery space.

For anyone that would like to learn more about our mission to restore and adaptively reuse surplus and underutilized institutional properties into vibrant community spaces, they are welcome to attend our weekly Community BBQ and subscribe to our mailing list online (www.tupoc.ca).

For those wishing to support our mission, we accept donations via eTransfer (donate@tupoc.ca), via credit card online (www.tupoc.ca), and via cash at our weekly Community BBQs. We also have a variety of stylish merchandise products available for sale for those that wish to contribute via a product purchase from our online store (www.tupoc.ca). If you have any questions, concerns, suggestions, and/or recommendations regarding our mission to restore and adaptively reuse the St. Brigid's Church property into a vibrant and inclusive community space, The United People of Canada would be happy to discuss them during this Community Conversation Series.

We value the input form our commuity, and we look forward to seeing you at this first of many Community Conversations :)
